Part of the import process includes checking the formatting of the member profiles. There are two places where the formatting used in Club Accounting 3 might not match what myICLUB.com is using. To make sure that current member profiles are imported correctly, please do the following for all current members. In Club Accounting 3, go to the View menu, and select Members. For each current member that shows up on the next page, do the following: Double-click their name to open the Member Information window. Make sure that the State/Province box only has a two-letter code, such as MA, AR, or CA , for example. For any Phone Numbers entered, make sure they are formatted as 123-456-7890 with just a dash between each number. Using a () to mark off the area code, or entering the numbers in a long group such as 1234567890 may cause the import to skip everything but the member’s name when importing their profile information.

The process of setting up an online club begins with setting up a username and password for the club administrator. Do you already have a username and password to any ICLUBcentral tool or website (myICLUB.com, Investor Advisory Service, SmallCap Informer, StockCentral, etc.)? Yes, I do have a username - use it for myICLUB.com. No, I don't have a username - create one for me. If you have any preference for a username, please let us know in the box below. (While the website does not allow for special characters such as * , $ , ^ , etc. we will do our best to accommodate any other requests.) The setup of an online club also includes the option to send out email invitations to your club members. These email invitations give them the chance to set up their own username and password so they can access the site and check current reports. This does not give them access to make changes - it only allows them to view the club information. We assume that you would like some time to get familiar with the web site, so by default we do not send out these invitation emails when doing the club set up. If you would like us to send out these automated emails as part of the setup, please let us know.
